Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
    If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you're eligible for an exchange.
    📌 Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team via Email at support@trndystore.com.
    🔁 An unboxing video is mandatory to validate the issue for a swift resolution.
  • Unused Products & Voluntary Returns:
    If the return is due to reasons other than product damage or incorrect item, the product must be unused and in original condition/packaging.
    🚚 In such cases, return shipping charges (both ways) must be borne by the customer.
  • Return Assessment:
    TrndyStore reserves the right to evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance with our policy. Our goal is to maintain a fair and transparent process.

2. Exchange Process

  1. Contact Support
    Reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order via Email at support@trndystore.com.

  2. Unboxing Video
    Submit an unboxing video clearly showing the defect or issue. For other reasons, ensure the product is unopened and in original packaging.
  3. Return Shipping
    • Free for damaged/wrong items (our fault).
    • Paid by customer for other return reasons.
  4. Replacement Dispatch
    Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will dispatch your replacement—subject to stock availability.

Refund Policy

At TrndyStore, we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide exchanges for eligible cases under our return policy. We believe in customer satisfaction and strive to ensure every issue is resolved positively.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Here's how cancellation works at TrndyStore:

  • Before Dispatch:
    Cancellation is free if the order has not yet been shipped.
  • After Dispatch:
    If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is still possible. However, one-way shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Charges depend on your delivery location.

💰 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 business days after deducting shipping charges.
