1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to provide alternative options or process a cancellation with a refund.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation message via SMS/email/WhatsApp once your order is placed successfully.
  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

⏱ Note: Delivery time may vary based on your location, local courier service availability, weather, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499
  • For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 applies (calculated at checkout based on location)

 5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD Available for select pincodes.
  • COD orders may be subject to an additional fee of ₹50.
  • We may verify COD orders via call/WhatsApp before processing.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can also track your order by visiting the Order Tracking page on our website.

8. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Strikes, lockdowns, or natural disasters
  • High seasonal demand
  • Incorrect shipping information

In case of a delay, we will proactively keep you informed.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to reschedule or cancel. Shipping charges in such cases are non-refundable.
